Made quiche today which was yumz. Seriously. Even Siew Tin's dad who doesn't like cheesy stuff said it was pretty tasty, so yay quite a successful attempt. Took us only about 20-30 minutes to fry the bacon&onion, lay out the short crust pastry, mix the flour, cream and eggs together before popping it into the oven. Easy peasy. And it smells darn good!





5 annoying things:

1) People who turn their handphones to speaker mode, blasting songs in the bus or while walking or even in the polyclinic when waiting for their turn. Damn inconsiderate please. Dude what's with the choice of song and I am so not interested in listening to the horrible song that's playing. Ughh. Some people just have to make things worse by singing along.

2) Hate it whenever people ask me stupid questions. Example: Why did you buy the shoes in such a small size? Good lord are you dumb or are you just plain dumb. I bought them because they're in my size and I'm the one wearing them, not you.

3) Why I always give into temptation and how I'm always going on and on about saving money when I am not saving any. This is bad. I bought a dress couple of days back. The mother wants me to make a spreadsheet on my monthly expenses for both cash and credit card. So primary school.

4) Being a hypocrite. Who isn't?

5) Shit always happens whenever I'm planning to go on a holiday. Was supposed to go to Taiwan on the first week of September with the family BUT TAIWAN IS EXPERIENCING CRAZY MASSIVE ASSED TYPHOONS AND THE MOTHER'S ANNUAL LEAVE JUST GOT CANCELLED SO TELL ME HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GO I WILL BE STUCK IN SINGAPORE UGHHHHH VERY DEPRESSING Y'KNOW. I really want to go on a holiday. Badly. Major-ly sad now )))))))':

Jess's leaving for Aussie for 2 weeks in 12 days time and Jasmine's leaving for Ireland for 3 months in 3 weeks time. Too fast already ):

I find it imperative to start organising my holidays.

I don't feel like blogging anymore. The moniker "myelectricweekends" has stuck with me for a good 2 years, but I just don't know what to write or say anymore. How now brown cow.
