2. People who say that they are not going to shop for a month, but go on to tempting themselves with browsing stuff online.

3. When people say "Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it too". Damn right! What good is having a cake if you can't eat it?

4. When people say "it's always the last place you look". Of course it is. Why the hell would you keep looking
after you've found it? Do people do this? Who and where are they? Gonna kick their asses!

5. When people say while watching a film "did you see that?". No loser, I paid 9 bucks to come to the cinema
and stare at the damn floor.

6. People who ask "Can I ask you a question?". Didn't really give me a choice there, did ya sunshine?

7. When something is 'new and improved!'. Which is it? If it's new, then there has never been anything before it. If it's an
improvement, then there must have been something before it, couldn't be new.

8. When people say "life is short". What the hell?? Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever does!!
What can you do that's longer?

9. When you are waiting for the bus and someone asks "Has the bus come yet?". If the bus came would I be standing here, dumbass?

10. When people say "Get lost", how in the name of god should I get lost when I know where I am!

I went to buy a cake for the parents today.
The cake shop owner was packing the cake when he told me some stuff.
Here's how it went...

Cake man:
"Whose the cake for?"

Me:
"For my parents wedding anniversary."

Cake man:
"Wow, how long have they been married?"

Me:
"Mmmmm 20 over years?" (I'm such a lousy daughter, I can't even remember how long the parents have been married to each other.)

Cake man:
"How come my children never buy cake on my birthday or special occassions for me?"

Me:
Silence. End of conversation.

I really went speechless. Just didn't know what to say, or how to comfort the guy. Maybe I should have asked for his birthday or something. But damn, what a moment.

It must be the mating season. The cats in my neigbourhood keep wailing away at one another every night.
It's getting really annoying. Shh.

I don't know why, but these few days I have sudden urges to do stuff. (Example: cooking dinner for my family, weird much! Ohh and I made really good ravioli earlier. Instant one though haha.)

Like how I feel like I want to have a pen pal now.
One that lives in another country, maybe in the UK perhaps or even far out like Russia.
One that you can write whatever you want and not be judged.
One where the deepest of secrets would not be told to the world since what happens to you doesn't really matter in the other persons life.
One where he/she would post pictures of scenery and sights from their homeland and show me how beautiful the other really is.
One that I might actually go visit someday and talk to face to face.

Ohh well, I guess it's just something that might not really happen, since I'm not actually going do anything about it.

And I think I need to start expanding my social circle and start making new friends.

I'm only 19 but I'm damn bored with what life has to offer. I want to do something fun exciting and reckless. I want to feel the adrenaline rush again.

I made kick assed carbonara and french onion soup (neither of them were instant mix-in mind you!) for dinner. It was all made by yours truly without any help from the mother, just me and the recipe book. And it turned out pretty yumz. So contrary to popular beliefs, I can actually cook and I'm very domesticated. I'm on my way to being a domestic goddess really (can't compare with the level Siew Tin's at though).

So my weekend turned out rather nice and this space is seriously getting a little boring.

Someone told me that my blog is full of bubbles and confetti, like I'm always on about how happy I am and how my life is pretty darn good. Really? I don't know how to be an emo nemo. MK, teach me. I don't think every entry is about how happy or glad I am, maybe just a few here and there, because I don't see a need to blog a lot about happiness because it's always there. Another reason is that I think it is really super gay if my blog is filled to the brim with happiness. That is just plain stupid. I would probably laugh at myself and question my own sex.

I have caved to temptation and have decided to buy the heels that I dont need.
I just hope that nobody has bought it before I go down. *Cross fingers
It's a little bit out of price for something like that. But but if I don't get it soon, it will disappear and I wont have it, because there is only one.

I'm down with the mother of all hives. And it's my first time which totally scared the shit out of me.
My upper body is infested with it. There are red splotches all over, it's very very itchy, not to mention UGLY AS HELL and my body looks frigging scary.

I've just had my bath and goodness I'm so so tired, I'm falling asleep.

Anyway met Du, Su and Yanjun after school for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.
The movie was pretty good actually IMO, although the rest didn't quite like it.
The only thing I didn't like about that movie was that the ending sucked, they wanted to destroy the horcrux and at the end of the movie they found out that the horcrux that they supposedly have was fake?! What kind of ending is that. And Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Draco Malfoy and Lavendar (who's really annoying) look damn ugly please. The only saving grace was Hermione. She was very very pleasing to look at. Helena Bonham's role as Bellatrix was frighteningly good, she was the only one that wow-ed me with her crazy psychopathic-ness and the younger version of Voldemort looked like such a pretty boy. So that's the sixth sequel for you, either you like it or you don't.

Ohh and I have very pretty slut red nailz now! So happy (:

Edit:

The mother just gave me a 30 minutes lecture about how I should use my credit card wisely, how I should pay the bills on time, how the interest rate is so high etc, how I should not max out the credit limit at that start of the month etc. She has been going on and on non-stop about it for, let's see, mm the past 2 days and it's damn irritating.

Had so much fun at MK's place earlier making strawberry jelly hearts, cannot wait to see and taste it tomorrow! It looks damn cui because I accidentally shook it and all the strawberries aren't in place anymore ): But should be edible I think?

Friday:

Celebrated Jasmine's 19th at a German restaurant, Werner's Oven and had awesome posum kick assed pork knuckles and really REALLY LONG sausages and then to ICC.























We had this bread thingy (can't remember the name because it was in German) for starters and it tasted delish! It was pan fried crispy on the outside with cheese oozing out on the inside.



Aren't these HUGGGGGEEEE ASS PORK KNUCKLES AND SAUSAGES?!
It was a platter for four and there were 6 of us but we couldn't even finish. Enormous portion.
The sausages were really good, haven't had better sausages else where and the pork knuckles were to die for, I could literally feel the fats in my mouth. Very sinful meal.

Okay so that kind of summed up my weekend which was really marvellous if you must know because I didn't spend it rotting away at home. So yay, I'm not that loser-ish for once.
